“You and your daughter are coming to WWE WrestleMania. Your tickets, flight, hotel, transportation and food – are all on me!”

One fan will have a lifetime story to tell with The Rock and he’ll have the ink to prove it.

Last week,’The Final Boss’ was in Target promoting his new skin care brand and a fan by the name of Ruben Rodriguez made an offer to him if Rocky would autograph his arm, he’d get the signature and the original “brahma bull” tattooed underneath it. Sure enough, the fan did just that. Not only that, but Ruben shot his shot at one more potential opportunity.
