The Rock revealed his 7-meal diet to maintain massive muscle mass

Meal 1:

300 g of fish or cod.

2 boiled eggs.
2 cups of oats.

Meal 2:

220g chicken breast.

1 sweet potato.
1 cup of boiled vegetables.

Meal 3:

230g beef.

450g white rice.
150g green vegetables.

Meal 4:

220g cod

450g white rice.

150g spinach (Bina).

1 tablespoon fish oil

Meal 5:

230g steak.

340 g potatoes

150g green vegetables.

Meal 6:

300 g cod or tuna.

450g white rice

Salad

Meal 7:

30 g casein protein

10 fried eggs.

150 g vegetables (onions, pepper, mushrooms)

1 tablespoon omega-3 fish oil

In addition to the 7-meal diet above, actor the Rock also has to follow a strict exercise regimen. He spends 6 sessions/week working out at the gym , starting at 4am. He always has a coach to guide him.
