After selling their beachfront Miami, Florida estate for an alleged $22 million a few years ago, Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade moved on to a stunning $20 million home in Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills neighborhood.
The 50-year-old actress from Bring It On and the 41-year-old retired NBA player moved back to California in order for Dwyane’s transgender 16-year-old daughter, Zaya, to “blossom” in a better neighborhood.
“There are a lot of reasons we decided California was best for our family and finding a community for Zaya was a big part of that,” Dwyane stated to Parents. We believed that California would be the ideal environment for her to develop and flourish. She was able to fit in and become herself here, and she will soon be a junior in high school.”
