Drew Barrymore channeled Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson as she hosted the iconic wrestler on her eponymous talk show.

The actress, who celebrated her 49th birthday last month, recreated a legendary look the actor donned circa the 90s – right down to the muscles, hairstyle, and fanny pack.

Long gone was her usual business chic look, and instead Drew appeared on stage in a fitted black turtleneck, gold chain necklace, belted jeans and vintage Nike trainers.

The pro wrestler, 51, even got in a mini workout with Drew’s help – he did five squats on stage with the actress on his shoulders.

‘Squats help you build a strong fanny. Do you think that you can do five squats with me on your back?’ Drew asked him.

‘Yes!’ he replied. ‘Let’s do it.’

After Dwayne described how he would be placing her on his back, a delighted Drew replied, ‘Like a fireman’s carry!’

Effortlessly, the actor hoisted Drew over his shoulders before doing five squats.

Drew was clearly beyond delighted to have The Rock on his show, asking him for suggestions on a new catchphrase and even how to perfectly emulate his body language.

The Mummy Returns actor suggested a catchphrase for Drew that was a play on his own iconic tagline.

‘How about instead of, “If you smell what The Rock is cooking,” how about, “If you smell what Drew WW ET phone home is cooking,”‘ he said. 

‘If you can smell what Drew WW ET phone home is cooking!’ she roared. 

The Rock could hardly believes his eyes when he first saw Drew. ‘That’s amazing,’ he said once he Һit the stage.
