In the action thriller Parker, Jennifer Lopez and Jason Statham previously collaborated. Statham expressed his admiration for Lopez’s performance in the film, citing instances where she had to step outside of her comfort zone.

Before collaborating with Lopez on the thriller with Parker, Statham didn’t have a strong opinion about the actress. This was Statham’s stance toward the majority of the actors he collaborated with.

It doesn’t matter who someone is when I meet them. I have no preconceived notions about them, their personalities, or their behavior, nor do I believe any rumors about them. Statham formerly said to Collider, “I don’t listen to all the crap that comes with it.”

So Statham didn’t really know when they started working together.
