Chris Rock had to underg0 psych0therapy with his daughter after being slapped at the Oscars

Comedian Leslie Jones recounted the horrifying incident of Will Smith violently slapping Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars in an interview with People. As a result, Chris Rock’s close buddy attested to the fact that the actor’s psychological impact extended beyond his public remarks.

The actress said, “People need to understand that Chris Rock’s family, parents, and daughters all witnessed that moment. It was really embarrassing and affected Chris Rock a lot.” He was required to accompany his girls to psychotherapy.”

Leslie Jones voiced her displeasure with Will Smith’s violent behaviour during the interview as well. “I was upset for several reasons. Jim Carrey cracked a joke. Will is aware of the joke, too, but why won’t he accept it? “Everyone is watching the Oscars, and this is the moment that never happened,” Leslie Jones remembers.

As of right now, almost two years have passed since the 2022 Oscars, and Chris Rock and Will Smith are still at odds. The Oscar-winning actor made an attempt to reach out to Chris Rock once more and apologise, but it appears that Chris Rock is not capable of forgiving.
