Jaden Smith disclosed that following his family’s intervention in 2019, he put on 10 pounds (4.5 kg).

The 23-year-old musician discussed how his previous lifestyle choices were negatively impacting his body during an appearance on his mother Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk.

In the episode that aired on Wednesday, December 22, Jada said that Jaden “wasn’t getting enough protein” and was simply “wasting away.”

He appeared exhausted. He was exhausted. “He was undernourished,” Will added, echoing Jada’s observation that “he had dark circles under his eyes.” We became really anxiоus since there was even a hint of grey in his complexion.

However, you look much better now, Will continued.

“I had the opportunity to collaborate with the physicians and obtain my vitamins, supplements, and protein shakes,” Jaden remarked. That makes up 50% of my diet. It’s as though I need to figure out my body’s password. I’ve gained about one pound since then.

The musician, who was born in Malibu, also thought back on his appearance during Coachella 2019.

Upon comparing his nаked photos from Coachella with his current state, Jaden remarked, “That was a long way from where I was when I was like, bones.”

He went on, “I thought I was so tight.” “I thought, ‘This.'” I’m boasting about this. Like, I really should take off my top now.

Jaden talked candidly about his experience using psychedelics in a Red Table Talk episode that aired last month.

The rapper discussed the possible advantages of magic mushrooms and other hallucinogenic substances for one’s health.

“I had an experience, and for the first time, I understood what ego was,” Jaden remarked. It was continually talking to me in my thoughts, telling me who I was and wasn’t, and I experienced [an] ego breakdown for the first time, thinking, ‘That was the moment that actually transformed me.'”

The Karate Kid actor explained to his mother, “You reach a point in your life where you’re blocked by something, whether it’s a trauma, whether it’s your emotions, your ego.”
